By commissioning me (henceforth "the artist") you (henceforth "the client") are agreeing to these terms. Therefore, please ensure you have fully read and understood them.
Regarding the piece:
These commissions are for personal use only. They are not meant for commercial usages, such as but not limited to: reselling whether physically or digitally, use in commercial media (videogame, music, film, etc) or use for NFT or AI purposes.
However, the client is welcome to:
▪︎ use the art as an icon, banner, wallpaper, etc online or on their own devices.
▪︎ share and/or repost the art online in their own space and/or on social media, with credit to the artist.
▪︎ print or otherwise reproduce the art in physical form for personal use.
▪︎ make minor edits to the art, such as resizing, cropping, or minor color adjustments.
The commission will always be a PNG file at 300 dpi, typically between 1500 and 2000px, delivered via e-mail. PSDs or separate layers (such as lineart) will not be provided unless agreed upon in advance. Please note that sending out PSD files will result in an additional fee.
The artist will share the piece on social media unless agreed otherwise in advance. Please note that, depending on the commission, a fee may be incurred for it to remain private.
Regarding payment:
The commission is priced in euros. Payment will be done via invoice, through Paypal. If the client is looking to tip the artist, this can be done through Ko-Fi.
Payment will be done upfront, as soon as the commission has been agreed on. The artist will not begin work until the invoice has been paid. In the event that the client would like to cancel the commission, a refund can be provided depending on the amount of work that the artist has completed. In the event that the artist has to cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.
Prices provided are base prices for one art piece with a simple background. Complicated designs, poses, or additional major background details may result in additional fees. Said fees will always be discussed in advance with the client if necessary.
Regarding the process:
Commission enquiries are to be sent through the provided form. They will typically take up to 4 business days to be answered.
Commissions may take up to 2 months depending on complexity, though the typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks. The artist will ensure they are in contact with the client regularly to let them know how the commission is progressing. The client is welcome to contact the artist via e-mail as well within reason. The client may not contact the artist through other means such as social media.
Once the invoice has been paid, the artist will provide one or more sketches for the client to determine whether it aligns with their vision. At this step, any change or addition will be free of charge. Any major change after the lineart has been completed may result in additional fees.
As soon as the commission is completed, the PNG files will be sent out to the client. There will be one version with a simple background color (white by default, but another color can be requested) and one version with a transparent background.
